Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact Under the Outfit at help@undertheoutfit.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. We accept used and unused products. Normal use does not disqualify a return. Include the original packaging and accessories.

How to return your order

Email us with your order number for return authorization and a shipping label. Send your return only to the address on the approved label. Please do not send an unsolicited return or send a return to our business address.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return label cost, which we disclose before issuing the label. We pay return shipping for approved defective or wrong-item returns. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We process your refund within 10 business days after approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
